Managing Director

David is our Managing Director and a Fellow of the Institute of Roofing. Throughout the course of his early career he occupied senior positions at a number of the prominent roofing contracting businesses of the day, before founding Manor Roofing Ltd in 1987 with his brother Ian (now retired). Since this time he’s developed the company into an established business with a name and reputation. His ethos has always been about developing relationships over the long-term, and it’s humbling to consider that we still trade with businesses we’ve served for over three decades. When he's not at work he’s usually out walking with his two dogs, Daisy and Lucie!

Tom

Commercial Director

Tom is responsible for the commercial aspects of all new and existing contracts at Manor Roofing. After leaving university he commenced his career with a graduate scheme in financial services, before entering the family business in 2012. Interested in travel and likes the occasional ski holiday!

Mike

Contracts Director

Mike has spent his entire career in roofing contracting, starting as an apprentice in the early 1980s, occupying a variety of roles across the industry. As an experienced Contracts Manager he joined the company in 2009 to project-manage a key social housing re-roofing contract. He turned out to be a great acquisition! Mike now holds the position of Contracts Director and is responsible for overseeing all of our contracts. Mike’s passion in life (other than roofing of course) is Supermoto.

Mandy

Finance Director

Mandy joined the business in 1987 administering our accounts on a temporary basis. Thirty-five years later she’s still here! Mandy has been an integral part of the business’s success, helping to accelerate its growth in the early years, when we had just a handful of staff. Mandy is a total film buff, and in her spare time an avid cinema goer!

Contracts Manager

Luke was appointed as Trainee Contracts Manager in 2022, having previously been roofing for almost 7 years. Since his promotion to a management position he’s utilised his interest in IT to overhaul many of our internal systems and processes with outstanding results. In his spare time Luke is a keen musician and regularly gigs with his band.

Helen joined the business in 2006. Having previously worked for a number of other notable local businesses she brought along a wealth of experience and knowhow. Highly motivated and very organised, she has a wide range of duties at Manor Roofing, but generally just keeps everything running smoothly!

Accounts Manager

Alix is our newest member of the team, joining us at the start of 2022. Prior to joining Manor Roofing she had worked previously in a number of completely different industries, yet despite this immediately adapted to the new role. Alix’s passion in life is food and loves trying new recipes!
